Saxophone lessons are available for soprano, alto, and tenor saxophones at The Lesson Studio. Our saxophone teachers are knowledgeable instructors with years of teacher training, performing experience, and music degrees from accredited universities. You will learn with your age, ability, and musical style preference taken into consideration. All ages are welcome! Putting together an achievable lesson plan is important, and with our online learning center, you will find at-home practice enjoyable.
Online private saxophone lessons are available for those who wish to learn from the convenience of their home. Those who prefer in-person lessons are welcome to come into the studio with consideration of our COVID-19 safety measures.
Students who register for private saxophone lessons at our studio will be invited to perform at our end-of-season recitals. Our staff will help prepare our students to perform solo repertoire and/or duets with their instructor.
Kids who are being introduced to the saxophone for the first time, either through their school band program or outside influences, will be guided by our expert saxophone teachers. In lessons, you will focus on the areas most common for young saxophone players: instrument care, proper positioning, basic sound production, and beginner repertoire. Tell your saxophone teacher that you are in the school band program so they may work with you on all your school band related material.
If you need to rent a saxophone, we recommend and can help connect you with one of our trusted partners, HB Woodsongs. Together we will provide you with a properly sized instrument and the materials needed to get started on your private saxophone lessons.
Don’t just take our word for it! Sign up for a trial lesson with one of our saxophone teachers before signing up long-term, and find out just how much fun learning the saxophone can be.
Learning to play saxophone as a kid is a great after school activity that will teach them to speak a new language, develop cognitive skills, build confidence, make new friends, and play some great music. Taking saxophone lesson is not as easy as it looks, but young saxophonists learn more than just scales and music at our studio. We teach them how to practice through time management skills for kids and provide helpful tips to our parents for success during at home saxophone practice.
Our saxophone teachers understand the adult student and how to craft your saxophone lessons to accommodate the way you want to learn to play saxophone. Online saxophone lessons are a great option for those who travel for work. Get started on the saxophone lesson you have been putting off!
