Boulder Banjo Lessons

If you love folk and country music, taking banjo lessons at The Lesson Studio is a must. Our versatile teachers can individualize their lessons to help you learn to play banjo. Expanding your musical ability to include playing banjo will open a new world of music making to your life. The Lesson Studio offers banjo lessons for adults and kids either in person at our studio or online.

Students who are interested in guitar might find learning banjo a fun addition. For kids, learning new instruments and practicing between lessons helps to build confidence, self-discipline, and time management skills. Being able to play multiple instruments is a great way to gain confidence and meet new friends.

Adults will equally find learning banjo to be an enriching activity in their life to keep challenging and expanding their skills. Adults who already play guitar or another instrument will experience the sense of pride learning another instrument and exploring new musical genres brings. Online lessons allow for students to have flexibility in scheduling without having to take commute time into account.

Our banjo tutors will help students of any level learn to play banjo and registered students get the opportunity to perform at our end of semester recital. Students may also be interested in our Rock and Pop music academy and get the chance to play in a band and perform at the end of season rock concert.
